Vultra Activewear – Refund Policy

At Vultra Activewear, we take pride in delivering premium activewear designed for performance, comfort, and durability. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene reasons, sports bras, leggings, shorts, and any intimate or compression garments can only be returned if they are defective or incorrect upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items returned outside the 7-day return window

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories such as socks and hats (unless defective)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
