Vultra Activewear – Shipping Policy

At Vultra Activewear, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for full details.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable)

  • During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended

We currently ship:

  • Locally within Trinidad & Tobago

  • Internationally (coming soon)

Trinidad & Tobago

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days

International Orders (coming soon)

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier service

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility

Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped

  • If tracking is unavailable for your shipping method, delivery updates may be limited

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Vultra Activewear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Vultra Activewear is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

  • If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the package and items

  • We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable
